I've been to Spain and Europe a couple of times now, but my favourite trip to Spain, is still when I went for the incredible fire festival of Las Fallas in Valencia earlier this year. Sure it may not have been the biggest fire festival in the world, but Las Fallas in Valencia offers more than what Burning Man does - culture, tradition and of course, kickass food.

For the uninitiated, paella originated from Valencia, which means you can savour the very best of this famous rice dish there. But a host of other amazing food, and just-as-amazing sights including their stunning beaches, cathedrals and their City of Art and Sciences await the unsuspecting traveller.
Why am I harping on and on about this place? This morning, Miguel, whom I met in Singapore and in Valencia, who works for their tourism board dropped a message about an easy-peasy contest to win a trip there!
Play The Paella Game, where your job is simply to chuck all the ingredients necessary for a paella into a pan! Easy peasy - and your name gets to go into the draw to win a pair of all-expenses-paid trip there! Sounds too good to be true?
Well, it's true! The prize includes accommodation at a kickass hotel, watching at session at the Valencia Open, and of course, having paella, by Albufera Lake, the biggest lake in Spain. Get clickin', kids.
The contest is only open to residents in Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, though. But if you're feeling left out, find out how to make your own paella here. Sounds like a good deal to me!
